Worst service ever. I have paid for a promotion online twice now just to be contacted and told that they do not have stock. The first time I insisted and after months finally received my order. This time this was not the case and I have been told that my Builders card will be refunded and not the account I paid from. I don’t even have a Builders card… How can you advertise a promotion online and make it available online knowing that the item is out of stock… and then refuse to refund the account payment was made from, forcing you to make futher future purchases only from Builders. In my opinion that is called *****ing!
