Ryobi replacement

I bought a power tool in a kit from Builders Warehouse in Strubensvalley yesterday (15th Dec 2021). The box was strapped with white tape, so I was surprised to find a vital part missing. I phoned the call centre, who advised me to return the kit, but it seemed to me from the comments, and the fact that the box was effectively sealed when I bought it, that I was in for a hard time. I went to the store this morning and was taken to the power tool section where I was introduced to a young man who was apparently the manager. I explained my problem, and after asking some questions, he apologised for the inconvenience and replaced the item.

I want to thank the manager who handled this for treating me as a customer. He was absolutely brilliant.

This ensured that Builders will remain my go to place for my hardware needs.
