ryobi jointer/planer

I bought a ryobi jointer/ planer machine just before new years that was on promotion for R4550 normal price is R7000, i went home and set up and it wont switch on so i took it back, they took it back and said they dont have stock ans will let me know when the get new stock and gave me a voucher for R4550 and said i can get a new one for that price again. They called me yesterday and said they got stock so i went there today and werent even aware they have stock and must check after waiting forever they came baxk and said they got stock so i presented the voucher and slip, the manager told me that they cant give me the new machine as promised at the old price i must pay in to make up the R7000 and they said thats home it works and they also atmitted that the promotional stock is stoxk that is either missing parts or broken and they said thats how it works while they smiled at me like its a joke. After 10 minutes of arguments i said i dont want the voucher then i wanted my money back and they gave me **** about it but after a while they reversed my transaction. I have never been so discusted with builders ever before
