Ryobi 2.5kVA 4 Stroke Petrol Generator from Builders North Riding

I bought a Ryobi 2.5kVA 4 Stroke Petrol Generator from Builders North Riding. There is a gentleman who has been trying to assist (i just forgot his name) and i appreciate that. It is rather disgusting that i have been taken from pillar to post.. about a generator that does not even run for atleast an hour...Yet we are told that it can run for up to 6 hours and more. I bought this generator for convenience which currently i am not getting. I am tired now of waiting for this issue to be resolved and i stated clearly i needed the Generator replaced with another 1 but now i think i will request my full refund and go buy it elsewhere. Or maybe i can buy and send you the invoice. Ask Builders North Riding Returns department they will tell you the entire story of the generator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
