Rude teller

Please educate your tellers on proper polite customer service. Nyeleti Mindlovu jammed her till receipt printer. She didn't even tell me what happened and just walked away to get a new roll which she could not correctly install. She then called a manager. At no time did she apologise for the inconvenience. When I told her she should apologise as this is what most tellers in the shops I have shopped at would do - she laughed at me. I think even the manager lady was shocked.
