Rude salesman

I visited the newly opened builders warehouse store in Parkmeadows. After looking around the timber section I asked an employee if they hard shutterply. He then asked the salesman (Cusberth Mampa) responsible for the timber products. Cusberth very abruptly tells me that he does not have 16mm only the 21mm. I rep**** well thats what I am looking for. He said "stand here" and walked to a terminal and began typing at the keyboard. I was shocked at his tone and rudeness. I looked around to see if he was really addreessing me or somebody else, but was the only person standing near him. After about a minute or 2 of typing at his keyboard he asked me "how many boards". I then rep**** to him that I first wanted to see the boards and size so I could decide if this would suite my requirements. He then instructed another staff member to show me where the boards were. I have never had a salesperson talk to me so rudely and with such disdain. He appeared annoyed and angry that his objective of getting rid of me by telling me he did not have stock backfired. I walked out of builders and drove to Leroy Merlin where my shopping experience was amazingly different. The staff were much friendlier they had a better selection and they were abour R100 cheaper than builders. Sorry builders you have lost one customer and you will soon lose much market share to you competitors if you do not adress your staffs bad attitude and service.
