Rude North Riding cashier

I went to the builders warehouse in North Riding with my husband and the cashier refused to pack our items in a plastic. My husband had to pack the items purchased in the plastic. When I asked him why he is packing as she should do it because the other cashiers are doing it, as we were about to leave the cashier made a rude remark and I turned around and confronted her. Her supervisor then came to see what was going on and then she said she would have packed for my husband if he was alone but because I was there I was supposed to pack. Her supervisor reprimanded her and told her to apologize but she refused. She needs to be fired because she clearly has no training and does not need a job
