Rude Manager

I had a terrible experience at Builders at your Northgate branch in Cape Town when returning and inferior product, namely a shower head on Saturday 3rd of September 2022. The manager at that branch is extremely rude and **** to my face with regard to the turn around time for a refund to reflect back onto my cheque card. She said it takes 3 business days which is a complete lie as I know it takes between 7 to 10 business days.
