RUDE EMPLOYEE

I called the Buiders contact centre this morning regarding a query about a pin number. The lady who answered was named Mikayla, i did not get her surname. She laughed at my query so i repeated what i had asked, i am not sure if she did not understand what i was asking or she thought my query was to menial for her to reply and she cut me off and put the phone down on me, i had to call back and speak to Sherwin who was very helpful. I am taking the time to write this here as there are thousands of people seeking work and this is the way this person treats her job, obviously she has no respect for the company she works for nor for the people calling into the call centre. There are many people in desperate need of jobs who will actually do their jobs in a manner it should be done. i truly hope that the management of Builders does something about this as this person is not someone who should be working with people and needs to be closely monitored.
