Rude employee behaviour.

Just returned from BW at Strubens. Went to get some river sand, builders stone and cement. At the counter I was ordering the last item when a female employee shouted from end of the counter and rudely interrupted our conversation. She proceeded to come to him and ignoring the fact that he was serving me. Absolutely no manners. I proceeded to collect at the rear of the shop. Plenty of security scaning, car No... At the bay the slip checking and rechecking (organised chaos). The workers tried their best, since there was a rain. After finishing and waiting for my slip I proceeded to the exit. It was blocked by a yellow cone , but nobody arround. After awhile I honked for attantion and an employee materialised, taking the slip into the office, returning back and checked the car. I got my slip back and got out at last. After the BW experience the the loadshedding chaos was welkom.
