<p>I recently bought a cupboard from Builder's Warehouse. When the men in the loading bay loaded it, they loaded 2 different colours of wood. I phoned and notified them, and asked for it to be exchanged on Monday morning. I had to phone again on Tuesday evening to follow up on my enquiry. I was assured that my cupboards would be sorted by this morning. It is now 15h00 and they have not arrived or notified me of the hold up. </p>
