ROSSBURGH SERVICE PATHETIC ESP FAREZ ADAM

Builders Rossburgh at it again with poor/non-existent customer assiatance. Was there on Tuesday (1 May 2024) for an item. Was not assisted or offered any assistance despite me waiting at the service counter for assistance. Shocking to see a useless manager Farez Adam, noticed me but still decided to continie with his private chat to his staff. I then asked for the store number (as i know the google number usually goes to a call centre to be rerouted). To my shock i get through to Barbs who came to my assistance and helped me. Builders, you are wasting money on Farez, im sure i am not the only one who feels this way about him, he is NO manager, and has zero skills. You have Barbs who will be a better manager 100 times over!!! You need to promote Barbs!!!! Trust me, you will see a difference in the store. You seriously need to consider some changes in that store!
