Roof not completed as per contract, poor service.

On the 1st of October Builders was Contracted to Construct, Install and provide certification for my roof. I made the full payment of R 94,000 for the complete construction of trusses and the installation of the main house roof.<br> Builders installation contractors arrived on site 1st October will all his belongings at the back of his bakkie. He convinced me that the job will be expedited if he stays on site as he will not have to travel to work. I made a room available for him and his partner to sleep and store their belongings.On the first day of the project at about 11:00a.m. I made builders, (Kayle Edwards) aware of the installation been incorrect. When the site manager, Kevin came out two days later he confirmed my initial concern that the installation is wrong. The Senior Manager Ferdi subsequently visited the site on two occasions and on the 11/10/2015, a Sunday afternoon Ferdi met with me and assured me that as it is Builders fault, the entire roof will be erected and certified.
