RIverhorse Builders- service pathetic from Manager

So I purchased an A23 battery for my car remote on the 16th Feb 2021. It should last more than a month right? Phoned the call centre, they said I should speak to the branch in question Riverhorse, spoke to a guy there, said i should come in..went to store. the manager hides behinds his employees and says no guarantee on batteries.. understandable yes, but a battery used in a remote, should last longer. I changed the battery first time since 2016. only R20 but still. disappointing service from the manager who I never saw.
