We made a special trip to Builder Warehouse Town Square Richards Bay yesterday to get my pensioner's discount on Blue 52 but when we enquired whether we had been given our discount at the till we were told that it doesn't qualify as it is already at a reduced priced. This is not acceptable or fair - have you no regard for your pensioner customers who battle as it is and then you still can't deduct a measly 10% off the bill?!! It would have been around R40 that you can definitely afford but yet you don't care less.
