<p>We went into builders express on Wednesday last week and didn't qualify for a pensioner discount , because it was on price lock till the end of April. And a delivery fee , but I'd been told a couple of days earlier there was no fee. So we left and on going back today the price had jumped too 80 a bag please explain how a price lock goes off a few days later when we are told we don't qualify as it's on price lock . Disgusting service and lies</p>
