Ridiculous demands to resolving a simple issue

It's really frustrating when something like this happens. You purchase a battery with the expectation that it will last, only for it to fail so soon. And then, when you try to resolve the issue, the store adds unnecessary complications by demanding the box—something most people wouldn't keep, especially for a battery. Being told you need to wait up to three weeks for a resolution is even more disappointing, especially since that's nearly as long as the battery lasted. It's not just the inconvenience, but the lack of understanding and commitment to customer service that makes it worse. They should prioritize making things right for their customers, especially when you have the proof of purchase. It’s truly ridiculous and frustrating.
