Ridiculous 'collections'
I went there early to buy two vanities and a laundry box. After paying I went to collections and waited an hour an a half, yes 11/2 HOURS before they found out they in fact do not have stock! Not even me phoning their 'manager' got any results. Hold on for another 12min. And no apologies, or have a cup of tea while we try sorting this mess out, no, left me standing there like a fool waiting, and waiting... I ended up collecting from their Edenvale branch. NEVER support this branch of Builders, it is the second time I have had hassles with their collections dept.
