RIDICULOUS ANSWER FROM BUILDERS EXPRESS MANAGER

i purchased a set of 4 same key padlocks from Builder Express PMB on the 15/5/2021 an used 3 of them for my tool boxes which i keep on the back of my covered bakkie & 1 i use on my drive way gate , over a period of 2 months the 3 locks on the boxes stopped closing but the gate lock is still working , i took them in to Builders for a replacement or refund as they stipulate a 6 month return policy but the manager started to insist they are not exterior locks and which i rep**** "why is the lock which is used on the outside gate still working but not the 3 that is on the covered tool boxes , I must now purchase bass padlocks
