Ridiculous
The call centre won't give out the local store number.You have to tell them your requirements and then they use their ext to relay the message.They get the message wrong or the ext is unanswered.In a hardware it is essential to explain your requirements to the salesperson yourself.zThis system is ridiculous and frustrates the hell out of customers.Rather go to an independent store.
