RETURNS ARE A NIGHTMARE!!!
TO LOG A RETURN IS A NIGHTMARE!! I stay in Free State. Had to order from Gauteng. Now I am told I have to go to Gauteng for a return!! PLUS THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR TRANSPORT!!
MAKRO DOES NOT HAVE ANY OF THIS NONSENSE. TAKEALOT ALSO HAS NO PROBLEM!! ONLY BUILDERS!!

If the item has been damaged/ it was faulty when you have received it then we will be responsible to collect the item from you for free if the fault was reported with 14 days after receiving the order.
If you no longer need it you can return it to store or we will collect it from you at a delivery cost.
