Returns
A Gold air Heater was purchased and less than 6 Months, the heater is rusted. I was informed that the buyer has not ever had this problem and as long as the heater is still working, the rust is not covered. It's a bit disappointing that Builders did not take the heater back and send to the supplier to assess. The answer that it has never happened before with the product I feel is not a good reason. Was a bit disappointing.

I am sorry for the level of service you have received and inconvenience caused to you.
I will look into this for you. You should be able to take the heater to the store of purchase and they should take it to be evaluated by our supplier. JF
