Return/refund

I am so disappointed with builders I bought a Bennett’s boss blender on the 23rd of September and two weeks later the blender just locked ,and on the 18 of October I returned it and they said they can’t refund or exchange after 14 days now they have to book the blender with another company for fixing, now I have to wait for another week for me to use my blender. Such inconvenience on top of that bad costumer service.wrong price tags it’s just a mess. Builders Warehouse value mart fearie Glen i need my refund pls or give me an Exchange.
