Repulsive Customer Service

Customer service is non existent and repulsive. How are they still operating with such horrible service? They ought to keep in mind not every person who walks in knows what tools to use for the job they need to get done and some assistance from their so called floor sales would be appreciated. But what my husband and I got was being pointed in directions whilst they continued to chat in a group. When I voiced out my opinion and said thanks for nothing cause that was not helpful and useless information, the sales guy had the audacity to follow us around whilst screaming at us calling us useless and lazy and I could tell his manager about it. Sickening even thinking of that experience. Builders Warehouse Fourways am still waiting to hear from your manager who I brought this incidence to his attention.
