02 Feb 2022, 14:37 Defy Fridge ti be replaced 02 Feb 2022, 14:33 Job nr ********** Replacement of defected Fridge I have bought a Defy fridge DFf 400 679lt from Builders 0n 31 July 2021. With a 5 year guarantee. During December2021 the fridge started to leak water and I reported it to Builders, who notified Defy. DEFY'S repair people came out to our house to fix the drainage pipe as according to them are blocked. The repair guy noticed that it was a defect as some of the foam and glue, when the fridge was Manufactured got into the drainage system and cannot be repaired. So he recommended to Defy that the fridge should be replaced with a new one. I have now already phoned twice, in the last 2 weeks to ask about the outcome, but according to the call centre Defy headoffice has not yet rep**** on the claim. In the meantime, my newly inserted kitchen cabinet next to the fridge already has water damage. I would really like them to respond urgently, so that this matter can be settled. Job ***. Tel ***
