Refused refund
I bought a vacuum which was R290+R140 delivery on the 13/9/25 and I got an email today that is a discontinued product and they also don’t have stock which was fine with me I called the number that was provided on the email***) they gave me an attitude and laughed at me for enquiring,so I called customer care regarding my refund and I was told that I need to fill a form that will be sent to me for a refund along with my proof of purchase,ID and proof of bank.I went to their website to read their refund policy and nothing was stating that but the only thing I have to provide was my proof of bank account which I did email them along with a copy of my ID and proof of purchase so now they are refusing me my refund because of that form which I don’t understand because I paid straight from my account without filling any form why now must I fill a form to get my refund straight to my bank account which I used to pay despite sending them proof that is mine and the other thing why would they sent my money to my Builders online profile without contacting me assuming that I want to buy something after 11 days of failing to deliver my order this is so disappointing with their poor service

However to ensure that the money does go to the correct account we need the form filled out. Should you not wish not to fill out the form you can collect the cash at your nearest store. JF
