Refused Entrace, refused access to manager

I arrived at Builders Warehouse at 11:50 only to be refused access with an indication to a sign stating that the store would close at 12:00 for stock-taking. I advised that it was not yet 12:00 and indicated this to the security official (Stenley) on both my watch and phone. I was advised that I could still not enter based on management instruction to close. i asked to see the manager. On my 3rd request to see a manager, I was told by Stenley that the manager refused to see me. Being taken a bit back by this comment I asked Stenley to confirm what i thought I had just heard - \Your manger has refused to see me?\". Stenley confirmed this to be correct. Having being a loyal client of Makro, Game and Builders for a number of years, if this is how they treat their customers, I will never set foot in any of these stores again. "
