I bought a Dewalt cordless drill on the 5th July 2016, when I came to use it on the weekend I noticed that one of the batteries was faulty. I brought it back to the branch in Riverhorse today the 11th July. The representative from the power tools department agreed that the battery is faulty, but it has to go back to Dewalt for swopout and as they do not have stock this will take a few weeks. I am not prepared to wait as I want to get my current project finished and I aked for a refund which is my right under the consumer protection act and was refused, when I spoke to the manager he told me to wait, he walked off and ten miutes later he sent back the same power toll representative to tell me nothing has changed
