Refusal to exchange faulty driller
We bought an Einhell driller at Builders Warehouse Lonehill and at first use it was faulty, almost blew up in my husband’s hand, it had sparks. We took it back for exchange and we were refused because we misplaced our slip. I’ll never go to Builders again, other competitors have gained a client.
