REFUNDS DEPARTMENT UNMANNED

I bought a pressure switch from BW Kempton Park, i was told that if for any reason it was the wrong switch - it could be returned. I returned the item at 12:30 this afternoon, the lady at the refunds counter called someone to come up from electrical to assist me... by 1pm i was still waiting and the refunds dept was overflowing with people, eventually the person from electrical walked in, looked at the switch and said he didnt know what it was and turned to walk away... i aksed why I had waited for 30 minutes for him to get there to which he said 'he was busy' which is surprising considering the store was practically empty!<br> He said I should wait for assistance!!!... I told him i could not wait all day!!!... at this stage even the security guard at the front of the store was looking for someone to assist in the refunds dept as the que was out the door and no one seemed to be bothering!!!... the security guard came to the floor manager at the tills and asked for help but was blatantly ignored, i asked for the store manager and was bluntly told that he was not in and no one knew when he would be back 'maybe tomorrow!' <br> so now i have wasted an hour of my day and quite a bit of petrol
