Refund money not paid.

I bought a fridge during July from Builders Bedworthpark for a certain amount and as they didn"t have stock, after inspecting the fridge on the floor, we decided that we will take it. When we got at the collection bay they gave us a fridge in a box, and when we questioned it, as they told us they didn't have stock, the guy told us that it is a fridge that was returned by a buyer because it was the wrong colour and that it was brand new. But when we unpacked it at our home we discovered a big dent in the door and also did the fridge part not go cold, so on 30 July 2021 we took it back and we decided to go for a better much more expensive fridge. We were refunded for the other one and paid the difference in for the new fridge. I was very chuffed with my new fridge, but it started to leak water, and the right bottom part of the stopped cooling. During January 2022 we went to builders and they got us a repair job order. The guys from the fridge company came to fix the fault but discovered that it is unrepairable as some of the glue used to assemble the fridge got stuck into the drainpipe if the fridge so they need to give me a new fridge, that took several weeks and a lot of phoning them from our part, and they decided to refund me. We went to builders and we had to wait for collections to come and collect the fridge, eventually after a week or so the fridge was collected and we immediately drove to Builders to seek our refund, that was on the 4th of March 2022, they filled in all the forms and said that the money would be paid into my account after 4 working days, and they loaded the money on my profile at Builderscard. So as the 4th was on Friday the 4 working days only started on Monday, so the money should have been in my account on Friday the 11th March, today is Teusday the 15th of March still no money, and as we need the money to buy a new fridge, we are now without a fridge for almost 2 weeks. On the 14th when I phoned they said that the money is now out of my profile and should reflect in my bank account. Today the 15th of March I phoned several times and either the calls are dropped, or they promise to phone me back, I am now at 17h12 waiting for a lady to phone me back after I have already phoned her twice this afternoon for feedback. Builders will never see me again. And if the money is not in my account by 16 March 2022 I am going to see a lawyer.
