Refund Management
My husband bought a aircon at Somerset West Builders Warehouse. I was not happy with it and he returned it the following day. It has been six weeks now and we are still awaiting the refund!! My husband has been to the branch 3 times with no resolution. He spoke to the accounts/general manager and customer service and was asked for his banking statements and banking details. Vernaleen Scholtz and Gail Thomas both told us it will be sorted out!! Still no refund!!! What does it take to just get our money back!! We have followed all the necessary steps they asked us to do. Where is our money?
