Refund issue
I’m still waiting for my REFUND!! They said it will reflect in my account in 2-5 working days and I’m still waiting!!! When you send emails you get zero responses from customer care. Placed two orders from different builders and none has refunded me!!!!

Yes, you are able to make a purchase using the funds available on your profile.
Once you've signed into your profile, click on the option that says ''Hi Mbali (your name)''.
Thereafter go to ''account overview''.
You will see the funds available here.
If you'd like to use the funds, add the items to your cart and when you reach the payment page, select account (the one with your profile number) and the funds will be used on your order.
