Refund issue
Waited for my refund for 8 days sent them an email to follow up now they want me to wait for an extra 10 working days, I will never order from builders again they have a ****py service

01 Dec 2024, 11:26I didn’t pay in store I paid via EFT now why should I collect the money at the store. Imagine the inconvenience and I still have to use my own money to travel to the store again… YOU GUYS ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!

Only a credit card refund can go back to the original card used.
As EFT was used, the refund would then go onto your Builders profile. If you are not able to visit a store to collect, then the refund can be sent to a nominated bank account.
My colleague had sent you an email on the 28th of November 2024, at around 13:21 p.m., advising that if you would like the funds sent to a bank account to please reply to her email with the relevant documents in order to process that refund for you.
Please check your spam folders as well for that email.

Please be advised that in order to process your refund, we would need the refund form filled out that was emailed to you along with your documents.
Without this, unfortunately, we cannot proceed.
