The disappointment is that I remain with a need for a lawnmower due to the branch manager demanding I pay about R2.3k to get another one which I felt should have been cost to your company in that I travelled more than 200kms to buy and return the machine to your shop.
No one would take the responsibility that I get another lawnmower making my life difficult based on my health condition as well.
For that I should rate you 0 (zero) in that your business was callous and insensitive.
I'm still hoping for recourse on the matter

The order number is ***. The branch is Thohoyandou next to Thavhani Mall. The manager would not budge on the expenses I incured in the process. Your call centre as well had empty promises made like a person called Mikhah (sp) who promised to resolve this but never bothered to come back to me.
I need the lawnmower like in yesterday.
Kurt, bring back the good news please. When I go for the resolved solution, it will be an addition of another 104kms return trip
