Refund

If it was possible to put zero, I would have done so. I am extremely disappointed with the Builders Warehouse team in Margate. Before placing my order, I emailed to confirm whether they do deliveries to my area. They responded, confirming delivery and even providing a quotation including delivery costs. However, after placing my order, I received a call informing me that they do not deliver to my area because it's too far. We agreed to cancel the order, and I was told I'd receive my refund within seven days. Since then, no one has contacted me to provide any updates or guidance on the next steps. When I followed up, I was sent from one person to another, and eventually told that I must travel to the Margate store to process my claim. If my area is too far for them to deliver, why would it be closer for me to travel to Margate to resolve this? I made this purchase online, and their return policy clearly states that EFT refunds are possible. However, they are refusing to process my refund. Furthermore, if they only deliver to surrounding areas, why did their system allow me to proceed to payment for an order outside their delivery zones? I will give you 24 hours to process my refund and, if not, will escalate this matter to relevant people.
