Refund - Builders Warehouse Strubens Valley - Shocking Service

We have purchased a gas stove from the Strubens Valley Builders Warehouse branch last week. All the delivery charges and installation were paid up front upon purchase. Firstly when the stove arranged to our house the stove was badly damaged and it was then returned. When the replacement stove was then returned the installer that was sent by builders kept telling us that there was additional costs for the installation of the unit even though we had paid 2000 rand for the installation fee. When we queried this with the Builders team they informed us there would be no additional costs as all of it was already paid for by ourselves. We spoke to a gentlemen at the strubens valley store called Ransom. He eventually got us in contact with the installer who kept saying we must pay additional fees even though they had done nothing. Ransom then suggested if we are able to get an outside electrician to assist and they would assist with the refund. We had to eventually get an outside electrician to come and install the unit at our our own expense and was assured we would be given an refund on the installation fee. We have not got any feedback on the refund and I demand we get this refund paid back immediately. The service we received was utterly shocking as builders kept blaming the outsourced installers and they kept blaming builders with us sitting in the middle of this. We need to get the refund for the installation back to us without any delay. I have asked to speak to the store manager however, i have not been able to get through to them as they are constantly not available. There is honestly no use with paying for a service and then not receiving any assistance.
