REFUND- BROKEN ITEM

I recently bought a fold up carry trolley from Builders Express Umgeni Rd, Durban and after 2 uses, the plastic mechanism snapped. I returned the item and was met with a rude, uninterested manager who made me wait 15 mins while he spoke to mates in the staff room and stated he couldn't get through to the company who makes them. I returned a second time after hearing nothing and questioned him regarding the matter and stated he hadn't heard back from them. After nearly 6 months and 4 visits later, i still haven't heard back from them regarding a refund or what the latest is on the matter. USELESS!
