Refund

I bought builders 7 vouchers via vodapay which amount to R280 because it was a discount of buying a R100 voucher and pay R40, whoever when I visit builder website I bought to items tried to upload all the voucher code only to find out im allowed to use only 1 voucher which is R240 and I've since I tried to request my refund for the vouchers I didn't use they just ignore my emails.
