Refund

I deposited money in my builders account,not being aware that their prices have risen sky high now I want my money back I filled all the documents needed I've been waiting from last week Monday still no money no one is responding to my emails when I call they promise to call back but never do! It's horrible I'm busy building a house now I'm stuck because they don't want to refund my 10000 I'm going to open a case against them
