REFUND

I have spent Over R140000 at builders warehouse over the last 3 months renovating my new house only for them to ***** me over.

I placed an order online for a ladder and paint which i paid for with card details, the delivery took took longer than usual so i cancelled the order and bought it in store.

Upon cancellation i was told that the money will reflect in my account in 7 days. Its been almost 2 months now and still did not get my money back.

Been getting calls from customer care every week but no one managed to return my money.

Really disappointing to even be sending this review because I go to builders almost everyday and the service I receive instore at Durban North is really great, all staff are always friendly and ready to help but you need to get your online side of it sorted out. One negative experience is enough to lose a high volume client.
