Really very bad delivery service.

I purchase a dishwasher on 4 November 2020, to date this machine has not been delivered I paid an additional R250 to have it delivered +- 5 kilometers. I was assured this morning that they had an air conditioner to deliver, and would directly thereafter deliver my item, I did explain to them that I cannot waste another day waiting for them, I called again at 14h00 and have been told they will get back to me before 16h00. I have an appointment this afternoon which I again will have to cancel. We live in a security complex which has very strict entry rules, the owners have to personally allow coded entry. I cannot see that I will ever again purchase an item which has to be delivered from Builders Warehouse, paying a little more from a more reliable store will make it worthwhile.
