REALLY BAD ON-LINE SHOPPING AT BUILDERS WAREHOUSE

Most useless on-line shopping. placed order on 14 December and have phoned, emailed, SMSed every day ( you can only speak to a customer service) for the delivery and they keep telling you they cannot get through to Riverhorse branch. Today I phoned to make sure as it is a Xmas gift, all of a sudden, I get a credit note. Nice Xmas present. I WILL REMEMBER THAT !!!!
