Really bad customer support

I ordered parts online for collection on 04/05/2022 to be collected the same afternoon. They later phoned me, informing me that they did not have the right quantity in stock at 09:48. I asked if they could get the rest and get back to me. This never happened. When I went to collect the order, they suddenly lost some more of the order. Stood in store for an hour just to be told they'll phone me the next day with an answer. Next day (05/05/2022) I was told they found the stock and it was on the way to them. I was told I would have it today, and nothing, no one bothers to phone, there's no urgency when it comes to customer service. This problem isn't new as I have had the same experience before with staff not caring what so ever for service delivery.
