Readymix concrete not received

2 weeks ago I paid for a bag of ready mix concrete. You pay in-store and then collect in the back. I went to collect it and there was no readymix concrete. they told me that they would call me in the next day or two when the new stock arrives. To date I have not had a phone call or received the bag of readymix. <br> <br> In essence I have paid for a product that was not received. I would appreciate that a bag of readymix was delivered to me soonest.
