Ready to cater customer's needs

On 12 August 2020. I got the impression that this company is ready to surrender themselves to the customers. We are experiencing pandemic in SA and all businesses seem withdrawn. They still keep pensioners discounting day. Simply saying, I had to appeal that one item I bought was not reflected in the pensioner discount. There was a white manager who was nearly bald. We had to talk about what I felt and he also wanted to talk about my fault. Finally, he agreed that he wanted to respect the customer's appeal and helped me. I have used the Atterbury branch, Pretoria since 2006, and appreciate their attitude. How can I not praise this company!
