Re. Incorrect tile adhesive

The builder who built my new house bought nano porceline tiles and eezy tlie vitrofix. When i moved in i noticed my floors are uneven all over. By the doors infront of cupboards at toilets. It looks as if my toilets are up in the air. He took out some of the tiles but there are still uneven places. I phoned vitrofix suppliers and they said they do not recommend vitrofix for full porceline tiles. So now im sitting with floors that are uneven at places and in a few years all my tiles will be loose because its not the right adhesive. My builder spoke to builders abt problem as it is there fault. They only willing to replace tiles if the tiles come loose. All i want is my floors to be level and fixed. Is that how you treat your costomers. I really am not impress with builders warehouse.
