Re: Builder Warehouse online useless

G'day I would like to express my disgust with the service I received from Builders Warehouse. I placed and paid for something online on the 31/08/2023 and confirmation was received that the delivery would be made by the 15/09/2023 my wife called on the morning of the 15/09/2023 to confirm if the delivery was happenig and was assured that the delivery will happen and that I would receive a message to confirm delivery. I then decided to call back at 15:15 to check as I have not yet received any message to confirm this delivery. I waited for about 30min to try and get hold of the store and was then put thru to the Northgate Island store and spoke to a manager that was not helpful at all as all he could do was ask me if he could call me back after checking with the buying department. He called me back to inform me that non of the stores that has any stock and asked if I wanted a credit as if returning my money would solve the problem but I have not received a call from anyone notifying me that they dont have any stock I checked the website and the product is still available to order :-( I asked for the number of the manager and was told that he is not sure that he can give me the number but will get the manager to call me back still waiting pathetic service to say the least. I had contractors waiting the entire day for the delivery and had to pay them for waiting and then builders has the audacity to ask if I would like a credit or take something in place of what was ordered. Builders Warehouse this is not how you treat customers!!!!!!! I want what I paid for period.
