Rcs builders poor service

Very poor service, someone changed my cellphone on the account, and I want to know what the number is and how it got changed and they like no we can only update the system. Is that even right what is there a ***** involved, I am not to know if someone put an incorrect number on my account? And then the manager is apparently not available.
