Raw deal

I went to your centurion store to buy a makita planer model kp0800k for R1600 as advertised on your website. Your salesman gave a different model and even said even though the model number is different it is exactly the same item. Looked at the Makita website and it is the smaller version than the one advertised. Looks like your sales people have no clue what they are selling and I want the item I paid for as you have advertised it. Also, I logged a complaint on your website yesterday and have not even received an acknowledgement of my issue.
